  • We are proudly based in Toronto, Canada, and ship our products to customers across the country and internationally.

  • To place an order, simply browse our online store, select the items you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you can review your order, enter your shipping and payment information, and complete the purchase.

  • We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

  • Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase, as long as the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at federico@trustthep.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • Yes, we offer international shipping to a variety of countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Each item comes with care instructions on the tag. For best results, we recommend following those instructions. Most of our products are machine washable on a gentle cycle, but some may require hand washing or dry cleaning.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at federico@trustthep.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
